Analýza zásob v podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat ve výrobní společnosti CZECH-BAG Odry, s.r.o. vývoj, strukturu a přiměřenost zásob, rozmístění položek ve skladu, a poté nastínit směry zlepšení stávající situace. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se logistiky, zásob a skladování. V praktické části jsou zásoby analyzovány metodou ABC a metodou XYZ. Dále je analyzována doba obratu zásob a systém skladování.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the analysis manufaktoring company CZECH-BAG Odry, s.r.o. This analysis includes the development, structure and adequacy of inventory, distribution of inventory in storage and then outline ways to improve the current situation. In the theoretical part we find the explanation basic terms which relate to logistic, inventory and storage. In the practical part inventory are analyzed by the ABC and XYZ method. In the next part the inventory turnover ratio and the inventory turnover are analyzed including system storage.
