Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits and their use as a means to motivata and satisfy employees. At the beginning, the theoretical knowledge in the field of employee benefits is presented. The following section describes the system of employee benefits in selected company, where a questionnaire survey and a guided interview were conducted, which, in addition to benefits, also examined employee satisfaction and motivation. Based on the analysis, suggestions were made to improve the structure fo employee benefits.
