Využití kalkulací a rozpočtů ve stavební společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována využití kalkulací a rozpočtů ve stavební společnosti. Cílem je vysvětlit nejen problematiku kalkulací a rozpočtů, ale i přiblížit proces získávání stavební zakázky a samotný průběh provedení stavební zakázky.

Obsahem diplomové práce je vysvětlení pojmů kalkulace a rozpočty nejen v rámci manažerského účetnictví, ale i stavebnictví. V praktické části jsou uvedeny druhy výběrového řízení, proces získání zakázky, její vyhotovení a praktické využití kalkulací a rozpočtů u konkrétní zakázky.

This Thesis is devoted to Using of Calculations and Budgets in the Building Company. The Objective is to explain not only issues of Calculations and Budets but also describe the process of obtaining Building Contract and progress of making up the Building Contract.

The content of this Thesis is explanation of terms Calculations and Budgets not only in Management Accounting but in Building Industry as well. In the practical part there are types of the selection process, the process of obtaining Building Contract, its making up and practical using of Calculations and Budget in particular Building Contract.
