Zefektivnění procesu návozu materiálu pro finální montáž

Abstract

This master thesis deals with efficiency improvement of the material feeding process for final assembly in the company DURA Automotive Systems CZ, s.r.o. The theoretical part covers description of essential methods and tools of lean logistics, used fo analysis and efficiency improvements. The description of current state of the material feeding process and proposed improvements are included in practical part. The key improvements are mainly focused on optimisation of calendar of regular supplies and related conditions. Moreover an economic evaluation of proposed improvements is included.
