Analýza investičního záměru sportovního klubu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine at what values of money income and expenditure the investment project is acceptable and which input parameters influence this opinion the most. The assessment uses the net present value method, together with the profitability index and the internal rate of return. The investment plan is evaluated in several possible financing options for the investment plan and in three possible scenarios for the development of input parameters. Sensitivity analysis for selected input parameters is also included.
