Abstract

The thesis is aimed on Assessment of Employee Motivation System in Pelikan Hardcopy CZ, s.r.o. Organization and it suggests changes which can result, according to author, in improvement of the system. The thesis is divided into chapters. The first chapter describes theoretical aspects of motivation and rewarding employees. The second chapter deals with the presentation of the Pelikan Hardcopy CZ, s.r.o organization. It shows movements in the number of employees and it also shows the financial results. The next chapter is analysis of the current motivational system of the organization. The important part of this chapter is the survey of employees’ opinions. This chapter is led by the next one which is aimed on the suggestions which could improve the system. These suggestions are based on evaluation of the survey.
