Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for the establishment of a company focusing on consulting in trading on financial markets. The company will be financed from the entrepreneur's own resources. The aim of the work is to find out the feasibility of a business plan. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to business economics and consulting. The individual points of the business plan are analyzed in detail. Available literary and internet sources are used to develop the theoretical part. The practical part describes the environment of financial markets and also creates a specific business plan, including financial planning. As part of financial planning, three basic financial statements are modeled, which are the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow. The plans are created for a time horizon of three years from the start of the business.
