Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis named "Securing and Management of Claims in Small and Medium Size Enterprises" is to check, whether the management of claims can be efficiant in this small size enterprise. The first part of this thesis is focused on theory of claims, especially from legal, accounting and tax perspective. In the practical part of this thesis there are described securing and management of claim in the specific company - Callidus trading spol. s r.o. In the end of the paper is stated, whether the hypothesis was succesfully comfirmed and if the goal of this thesis was fulfilled.
