Analýza organizační struktury a finančního zabezpečení SSK Vítkovice

Abstract

Target of this bachelor´s work is to describe the organization and finance structure of SSK Vítkovice. In theoretical part, I have characterized generally financing of sport and financial resources structure in sports organizations. In second part I have described fundamentals of sponsoring and sports commercial. Third part is composed by typology of sports organizations, especially civil association and joint-stock company which are the most presented in sports background. I have focused on foundation, origin, legislative background, organization structure and functioning of single bodies of structure. In practical part I applied as on analysis of organization structure and financial security of SSK Vítkovice as on analysis of activities and legislative of single bodies, especially general meeting, executive board, auditor, trade unions and board of divisions. Next part of this chapter is description of economical and sport targets of SSK Vítkovice. About finance, I have analyzed financial resources and their correct exploitation for optimal running of the organization. Work is focused on main incomes and outcomes of SSK Vítkovice.
