Abstract
The purpose of my thesis is to find out what is the efficiency of the customers’ services provided in the restaurant in Hotel Colchi Ltd. I tried to offer some recommendations and steps to remedy the shortcomings and to increase the customers’ satisfaction in the future on the basis of the customers’ satisfactory or non-satisfactory responses. The marketing research has been carried out through the questionnaire survey.
