Abstract

The object of this final thesis is the financial analysis which is an important part of the company financial management. Its target is to analyse productivity of the company KS, s. r. o. The content of the first part is a basic conception of the financial analysis. The section deals with the financial analysis theory. The second part attends to the characteristics of the company KS, s. r. o. that is concerned with a component part production for an automotive industry. In the third part, the core centre of the thesis, there are the theoretical knowledge applied to the company. You can find there evaluation by means of horizontal and vertical analysis, then coast-benefit analysis, concretely of profitability, activity, liquidity, financial stability and insolvency. After that the characteristics of company financial health was made by using two predictor models. The fourth part content is to interpret recognized results of the company financial situation including recommendations determined on the basis of the performed financial analysis.
