Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the impact of crisis management on employee motivation in TATRA TRUCKS a.s.
The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts of motivation and stimulation, selected incentives, the selected motivation theory and on relationships between motivation and performance. Furthermore this part defines the concepts of crisis, crisis management, and the impact of crisis on employee motivation.
The second part of the thesis is application part. It includes significant characteristics of TATRA TRUCKS a.s. company, the analysis of the current situation and the analysis of the questionnairesurvey, and contains suggestions and recommendations.
