Dotace a příspěvky jako součást hospodaření a financování městské nemocnice – příspěvkové organizace

Abstract

The town hospital gains the largest volume of financial resources for the performance of its core business from health insurance companies. These payments cover the provision of medical care, but payments do not provide the opportunity for further development of hospital. In the town hospital the need of a grants as a source of financing is irrefutable. Grants participate in the financing of operational and necessary capital expenditure. But the provision of the grants is not a guarantee, that the all of incurred costs will be covered.
