Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a evaluation of a efficiency of the investment project, which is about an expansion of the warehouse capacity of the company ABZ knihy, a.s. The evaluation of the project is based on methods of financial analysis and especially on criteria based on discounted cash flow. Outcomes of the thesis are a recommendation of the most profitable project variant, a risk assessment and a proposal of a appropriate type of financing.
