Abstract

HOŠŤÁLKOVÁ, Markéta. Technology of implementation of external cladding in to two construction variants. Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. The content of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the building and technological part for the design of the object, situated in the gap site of the urban area of Mariana square, district of Ostrava – Mariánské Hory. This is a multifunctional building with areas meant for store and services on the 1st floor and living on 2nd and 3rd floor including parking on 1st underground floor. It is a composite structure. The construction system of the building is designed in two variants. The first variant is a combination of a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton system with a filler wall masonry from Porotherm ceramic blocks and the second variant is a combination identical to the skeletal system by replacing the external cladding with the prefabricated wooden panels of the Steico system. Building section, containing the project documentation of the specified object is fully prepared for a building permit (DSP). Project documentation relating to technology part, fully in the scope of construction (DPPS). Part of this is thermal engineering assessment of the perimeter structures of the building. Project documentation, including accompanying and summary technical report (A, B, D) is within the scope of construction in accordance with the regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. about documentation of constructions (DPPS) in the change of amendment 62/2013 Coll.[1]. In the technological part is elaborated technological process of assembly of both variants of external cladding, assembly schemes and building details of skeleton and wood composites. Further, time schedule, itemized budget, check sheets for 1st floor, and drawing of building site equipment for both variants.
