Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the competitive environment of Pizza Vsetín and to find competitive advantages that differentiate it from its competitors. This paper then proposes recommendations that can help increase the competitiveness of the selected company. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical and methodological knowledge that relates to the analysis of the competitive environment. The analytical part deals with the characteristics of the company and its closest competitors. Theoretical knowledge is further used in the practical part, where a questionnaire is elaborated and PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Activity Impact Analysis and Porter's Five Forces model are performed. Based on the results, recommendations to increase and maintain the competitiveness of the company are proposed.
