Abstract

This graduation thesis is targeted on the project and realization of complete technology (pipelines excluding) for the heat transfer station, which will supply 456 housing units in Praha 6 by heating water and hot water under strictly defined parameters. The project deals with overall monitoring, measuring of all the necessary values and regulation protection of those technological components, which don´t have their own autonomous feedback control system. The system contains the actuator mechanism of control valves as well as circulating pumps and solenoids to maintain the pressure in the system. It also deals with the complete or partial shut-down of above-mentioned technology in case of overrun emergency values. All measured and required values, and the system components condition are viewable on the terminal. Backward intervention is possible through the terminal. As a control system is designed microcontroller GE Fanuc VersaMax 28 and the binary expansion modulus. The system must be able to ensure overall monitoring and measuring of all necessary values, and communicate with dispatching center through the GSM.
