Abstract
This diploma thesis is devoted to digital terrain model creation using radar interferometry. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to create digital terrain model for Ostrava territory in 2017 to 2019 based on Sentinel-1 radar data and to evaluate exactitude of models created using statistical methods. Additional aim of the thesis is to evaluate development of terrain changes happening on Ostrava Hrušov landfill site in a particular time. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical part describes the basics of RS, radar interferometry, data and software applied. The second part of the thesis describes technique of model creation and statistic parameters calculation. In the last part of the diploma thesis, the models are evaluated by means of statistic methods and the trend of changes for of individual created models in chosen time.
