Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with theoretical analysis, assessment of the current situation and subsequent suggestions and recommendations for streamlining the process of selection and adaptation of employees. The basis for the practical part of the thesis is a food production company. A written questionnaire for employees of the Olomouc plant is used to determine the results of the current situation. Based on the results, suggestions and recommendations are proposed.
