Finanční analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Finanční analýza podává informace o finanční situaci podniku, kterou je dobré znát před jakýmkoliv investičním rozhodnutím. Finanční analýza je aplikována na vybranou společnost KOVONA SYSTEM, a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci firmy KOVONA SYSTEM, a.s za období 2012-2016. V teoretické části práce je přiblížena metodika finanční analýza,kde jsou popsány vybrané metody finanční analýzy, a to analýza absolutních ukazatelů, analýza poměrových ukazatelů a pyramidový rozklad vlastního kapitálu. Třetí část práce je věnována charakteristice vybrané společnosti. V aplikační části práce je posouzena finanční situace vybrané společnosti v letech 2012–2016 pomocí analýzy absolutních ukazatelů, analýzy poměrových ukazatelů a rozkladu ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu. Zjištěné hodnoty byly komentovány a byla zhodnocena finanční situace vybrané společnosti.

Financial analysis provides information about financial situation of the company, which is better to know before any investment decision. Financial analysis is applied on the selected company KOVONA SYSTEM, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of KOVONA SYSTEM, a.s. between 2012 and 2016. In theoretical part of thesis is described methodology of financial analysis, where are described methods of financial analysis, like analysis of absolute indicators, analysis of ratios and pyramidal breakdown of return on equity. The third part of thesis is dedicated to characteristics of the selected company. In application part of thesis is described financial situation of the selected company between 2012 and 2016 through analysis of absolute indicators, ratios and pyramidal breakdown of return on equity. Results of the thesis were commented and the financial situation of the selected company was evaluated.
