Motivace a stimulace pracovníků ve společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the motivation and stimulation of employees in the company Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce, a.s. Because this company is one of the biggest employers in the Karlovarsky Region it is pertinent to deals with the principles of human resources management applied within the company. The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate cooperation between the company and its trade unions. The first part of the thesis provides theoretical background to be applied in the practical part. Furthermore, the first part explains the basic methods of motivating and leading employees. It also deals with the planning, recruitment and assessment of employees and their professional performance. The practical part introduces specific examples of the application of the above-referenced theoretically defined methods in practice. A specific system of employee motivation and evaluation used by the company is described.
