Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of project of construction part and project of heating of new object of family house. The goal is to design economical house with efficient way of heating that meets current standards, regulations and standards. The project of the construction part is processed in the extent for needs of the technical equipment of buildings project and it is elaborated in the details for the execution project. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the earth - water heat pump and its earth drill hole, as well as the design of the heating system mainly consisting of panel radiators and other elements present in the heating system. For proper heating project design was necessary to calculate the thermal properties of the building, especially thermal properties of individual structures and heat loss of the building envelope.
