Analýza VKG dat

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the VCG data analysis. An important part of the thesis is evaluation of imaging methods influence on resulting quality of ECG signal and transformed VCG signal. This analysis is preceded with ECG signals preprocessing and analysis of electrocardiographic records themselves. Indicators such as correlation coefficient, MSE, RMSE and MAE are selected to evaluate the inluence of imaging methods on signals. They are useful for making a decision, whether the subject's signals are dependent or consistent. The VCG signal and its projection in frontal plane are obtained via consequent transform of the ECG signal. Two methods of conversion are chosen, namely transformation via goniometric functions on the one hand, and Kors regression method on the other. The QRS loops are then extracted from the signal, along with calculation of parameters describing these loops. The parameters chosen for this thesis are curvature vector, maximal norm of QRS loop vector, maximal distance between QRS loop and its center of gravity, and cimcumference of the QRS loop. Results of the calculations are evaluated via statistical analysis.
