Number of pages: 82 The Bachelor Thesis solves project documentation, two possibilities of heating and economical evaluation. The bachelor's thesis contains design family house, which have a basement and two floors. Today, energy is mainly based on fossil fuels, but prerequisite for reducing energy demands is that they will increasingly use renewable sources. Therefore this work contains, the use of renewable resources. The first variant of heating is a gas condensing boiler. Hot water is provided by a combination of solar system with a gas boiler. The second variant solves heating type heat pump earth – water. In conclusion, this study is an economic evaluation and determine the appropriate source. Part of thesis is the preparation of project documentation of a family house, technical report and drawings.
