Analýza bankovních produktů pro malé a střední podnikatele

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the banking products for small and meduim size business. Making a marketing research by using of questionnaire was recognised satisfaction of chosen banks on our domestic market. There were 100 businessmen respondents located at Southern Moravian and Silessian country. Based on researched circumstances, bachelor thesis should help to businessmen with their choice of most convenient bank for their business and also help to banks to improve clients satisfaction. Proposals are dealing mainly with recommendations of convenient bank for businessman who have various financial requirements.
