Abstract
The subject of the bachelor thesis "Intersection Mitrovická – Junácká - Na Popí in Ostrava – City " is to compare original and new state of the intersection (formerly intersecting, now circular). The goal is to make and evaluate traffic surveys from videos. Then compare counts of accidents, fluency and clarity of both states. Part of the thesis is video simulation in Vissim software. In conclusion, I made a resume not only on the basis of analysis and calculations but also on the basis of the opinions of the citizens and the drivers who use the intersection.
