Analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Diamant Unipool, s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of competitiveness of the company Diamant Unipool, Ltd. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes theore-tical information about competitiveness and methods which are used for comparison of the competitive surrounding, and which are derived from the contents of the literature.The second part deals with introduction of the company Diamant Unipool Ltd. and with the analysis of the competitive companies and surrounding using the selected methods. With the aid of the benchmarking the position of the company Diamant Unipool Ltd among the strongest competitors was discovered. Porter five forces analysis and PEST analysis are another selected methods. SWOT analysis was elaborated the most extensively, whose aim was to suggest appropriate strategies. This strategies could help the company Diamant Unipool Ltd. to consolidate its market position among other competitors.
