Abstract

The aim of my graduation\diploma thesis is to analyze the existing system of remuneration in the company Pneuplus s.r.o., evaluation of this system and propose possible changes for improvement. The theoretical part deals with the issue of management remuneration and detail analyze the theoretical approaches to system of remuneration. In this part I deal with overall remuneration, expectation of employees and employers, internal and external factors that affects wage payment plant, job evaluation, wage / pay structures, wage examinations, particles of remuneration, meritable remuneration, employee benefits and management of system of remuneration. In practical part I characterize and feature the basic information about the copany Pneuplus s. r.o. and analyze the current system of remuneration employees in this company. I use personal interviews, studies of internal documents and questionnaires for this analysis. After this analysis I evaluate the current system of remuneration in the company and propose recommendations to improve this system.
