Úroveň informačních potřeb informačního modelu stavby z pohledu agend soukromého sektoru

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the theoretical background and describe the current state of knowledge, including the definition of data requirements for selected agendas in relation to legal and other relevant obligations of each agenda. It also defines the scope of the Level of Information Need (LOIN) within the BIM model for effective data and information integration in the private sector. The results of the work align with ongoing activities, strategies, developments, and the advancing standardization and implementation efforts at both national and international levels, including legislative anchoring. The outcome of the thesis is a practically validated proposal of a data catalogue, applied to a real information model and linked to agendas within the operational and decommissioning phases. The proposed structure follows the principles of data templates defined by buildingSMART and is prepared for implementation within CAFM systems and other building management tools in the private sector.
