Abstract
The objective of the bachelor-degree final thesis is to discover and compare expenditures expended to secure municipalities government. Also it considers procedures of purchases performed by small and bigger municipalities. For this purpose five expenditure types have been selected. These are compared for 18 municipalities falling to one administration district. On the basis of analysis a project solution has been established, this solution being an association of municipalities for the purpose of common purchases, which results in savings.
