Analýza systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve zvolené organizaci

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is An Analysis of Employee Remuneration System in a Chosen Organization. The aim of the thesis is to suggest the improvements of the current remuneration system. The thesis is devided into the two parts. The first theoretical part was created on basis of studying the proffesional books about the remunerating systems. The second practical part contains the information about the company, where the thesis was solved. Then there is an analysis of the current remuneration system. In order to get the infomation, the survey was made. According to the survey results the main problems were defined and the recommendations which could lead to the improving the current remuneration system were suggested.
