Abstract
The thesis "Evaluation of the hazardous properties of waste frying oils" determines whether dangerous oils are used for further preparation of health foods, which should already be disposed of as waste. Within the framework of the findings, it evaluates the possibility of classifying waste frying oil into one of the categories of hazardous waste pursuant. Food business operators were informed about their results, and, in some cases, learned about the handling rules for frying oils.
