Možnosti monitorování provozních parametrů jízdy zásahových vozidel HZS ČR v kontextu prevence dopravních nehod

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of monitoring the operating parameters of vehicles with a focus on emergency vehicles of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. Emphasis is placed on contemporary systems and elements that are offered on the domestic and foreign markets. The introductory part of the bachelor's thesis describes the legislation on record handling, then there are accident statistics and the number of departures of fire protection units. Then, the elements and systems for recording driving operating parameters, their principle of operation and defining affordability and user complexity are analyzed. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis analyzes the current state of the monitored parameters at the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
