Homologace individuálně vyrobeného vozidla v podmínkách ČR

Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the fulfillment of all conditions for the successful homologation of an individually manufactured vehicle under the conditions of the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to propose an economically acceptable vehicle solution, through individual production and ensuring the administrative processes necessary for vehicle registration. The introduction deals with the issue of the approval of individually manufactured vehicles in accordance with the applicable legislation. Including laws, regulations and regulations applicable in the Czech Republic, but also in the EU. Then the design of the reconstructed and donor vehicle was specified. After determining the donor vehicle, an analysis of the individual parts taken from the Donor vehicle and the parts necessary to buy or manufacture was carried out, including comments following the applicable legislative regulations. The final section summarizes the requirements for the authorisation of individual remodeling of the vehicle. This chapter describes how to apply for an individual refurbishment of a vehicle, what documents to provide and what the application must contain.
