Hospic na Svatém Kopečku

Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to introduce the Hospic in the Holy Hill non gavermental non profit organization, its legal regulations and to perform the analysis of its economy. The principal aim is draft a by-laws.

I briefly described the history of this organization, its present form, the position of the Hospice in the Holy Hill and accouning legislation.

I did analysis of economy in order to find out the economic result, the hight of cost and revenues and assets structure. I dealt with the tax treatment of the concrete organization in czech tax system.

The analyses of the legislation and economy are basis of by-laws assembly, which are principal aim of this thesis. I performed bookkeeping survey in past to create by-laws. I apllied suitable accounting methods, requirements of the management and auditor.
