Abstract

The thesis involves the safety work in confined spaces of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. The beginning of the thesis discusses the definition of confined space according to foreign literature, law and ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. itself. First of all, the risks, occuring in the Company's premises in confined spaces, was identified. By the following identification of the specific confined spaces, located in ArcelorMittal a.s., was necessary to propose the proper pracautions and entry.
