Měření spokojenosti čtenářů městské knihovny

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the level of satisfaction among readers of the Municipal Library in Zábřeh and to propose recommendations that lead to the improvement of provided services. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey combining PAPI and CAWI methods. The research focused, for example, on the assessment of opening hours, the book selection, the availability of new releases, and the library's services.
