Abstract

This thesis describes the design of a passive house with intelligent systems that not only allow you to create better and more modern housing with low operating costs, but also shows the direction in which way the trend can be directed to the future, in relation to energy, ecology and overall to better and more comfortable style of living. I approached to this work as the proposal for housing solutions, as suits to my abilities and my ideas of how I would realized it for myself, and which would also be a compromise between the cost per acquisition and return in the next 10 years. The systems proposed in this work controls, monitor and ensure not only designed house, but I tried to solve the problem of waste and potable water.
