Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with problems of unrecycable waste produced in metallurgical companies. It is a waste, which contains not only large quantity of price profitable components but also harmful components which are the cause of impossibility of its recycling. The most common and the most exploited way of liquidation of this waste is storage. There are several basic methods to process this waste but none of them is perfect. Perhaps the only ecologically unexceptionable, technologically mastered and financially accetable process of handling with this waste from metallurgical companies is briquetting. The company Progres Ekotech, s. r. o. deals with this method of processing of waste in its research and development programme on its mobile briquetting line. To cross from research to produktion stadium, the company will necessarily need i. a. operational rule, which I have created in this thesis and which will be presented and suggested to owners of the company Progres Ekotech, s.r.o.
