Abstract
Diploma thesis is about proposal for crisis staff documents for a specific municipality with extended competence, especially structure and form of this documentation. The basic of this thesis is analysis of legislation, process, local, and formal conditions. One part of the thesis is overview situation in the Czech republic. The concrete result of this thesis is a set of forms, which are ready to use by crisis staff.
