Abstract

This graduation thesis handles with rewarding of employees in a chosen organisation. The aim of the thesis is proposal of possible changes in the systém of rewarding the employees. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of Remuneration and describes all elements of the Remuneration systém. The practical part describes a company and analyses current Remuneration systém. In the last part there are suggestions and recommendations to improve Employee Remuneration systém of the company.
