Hodnocení stavebnětechnického stavu budov

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením stavebně technického stavu budov. Stavebně technický stav hodnotí stav konstrukcí, možnosti funkčního využití, stanovuje požadavky na rekonstrukci či modernizaci a další informace, které jsou základním pilířem pro následné návrhy na obnovu, opravy poruch a vad, rekonstrukce, popřípadě demolice stavby. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na přiblížení pojmů, které souvisí s řešenou problematikou hodnocení stavebně technického stavu budov. V části praktické je provedena aplikace teoretických poznatků na konkrétním typu stavebního objektu; kina ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm.

This thesis deals with the structural and technical evaluation of a selected structure. The assessment covers the structural state of the construction, functional usage options, requirements for reconstruction and modernization, and other information that are the cornerstone for subsequent proposals detailing the repair of faults and defects, renovations, or possible demolition. The theoretical component focuses on the concepts related to the resolution of issues found in the practical assessment. The practical aspect involves the application of this theory to the structure which, in this case, is the cinema in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm.
