Posouzení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of employee satisfaction in a selected company. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical foundations, where important concepts related to work satisfaction are described, including theories and factors influencing work satisfaction. Methods of measuring work satisfaction and the consequences of employee dissatisfaction on work behavior are also presented. In the practical part, the selected company is first characterized, including its personnel composition and organizational conditions. This is followed by an evaluation of current employee satisfaction, which is carried out through a questionnaire survey. The results are analyzed and interpreted, using first and second-degree classification methods. Based on the results obtained, proposals and recommendations are formulated for improving the work satisfaction of employees in the Svopex company.
