Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the non-profit sector, mainly on the Foundations. The aim of the work was to analyze the transparency of foundations in the public register and on the website. The theoretical part describes basic concepts of non-profit sector, statistics of non-profit organizations and legal regulation of foundations according to Act No. 89/2012 Coll. The first practical part is focused on the public register if the foundation inserts documents, which are required by law, to the collection of documents. The second practical part deals with foundations that own a website and publish on these pages.
