Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to provide comparison and selection of information systems designed for information technology registration, especially hardware and software, suitable for use with small businesses. Next part deals with selection criteria, reasons for introduction of IT registration in particular company as well as requirements imposed. The third part brings the analysis of the market with information systems, the description of selected systems and finally comparison itself. In the conclusion of this work we recommend the information system that meets the requirements given needs the best.
