Vyhodnocení inventarizace majetku a závazků ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Tématem bakalářská práce je proces inventarizace majetku a závazků ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Teoretická část práce obsahuje charakteristiku základních pojmů souvisejících s inventarizací, definování inventarizačních rozdílů a jejich řešení, oceňování majetku a závazku a etapy organizování inventarizačních prací. Praktická část je zaměřena na seznámení s vnitropodnikovou směrnicí vybrané stavební společnosti, analýzu průběhu inventarizace jednotlivých druhů majetku a řešení jejich inventarizačních rozdílů, seznámení se s vnitřním systémem společnosti a jeho následné srovnání s jiným systémem na trhu.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of property and payables inventorying in selected business company. The theoretical part of the work contains the characteristics of basic concepts related to inventorying, defining inventorying differences and their solutions, evaluation of property and payables and the phases of organizing inventorying works. The practical part is focused on getting acquainted with the internal directive of a selected construction company, analysis of the inventorying process of individual types of property and solving their inventorying differences, getting acquainted with the company's internal system and its subsequent comparison with another system on the market.
