Abstract

This diploma work is bent on problems of Insolvent law, in the concrete themed „Bancruptcy – Possible Way of Solution of Debtor Bancruptcy in the Insolvent Proceeding“. The main of origin is Insolvent law, which defines, when is Debtor Bancruptcy, Ways of Solution od Debtor Bancruptcy, process with registration of claims in the Insolvent Proceeding, assets and the connection with liquidation of Bancruptcy. All work is structured organization by five capitol. In the theoretically part I describe generally Insolvent law and process of Insolvent Proceeding by Solution of the Debtor Bancruptcy. Practical contens of a particular Insolvent Proceeding of the Debtor in Bancruptcy. This is a debtor in Bancruptcy SLEZAN Frydek-Mistek a.s. Insolvent Proceeding at the time of preparing is still ongoing and it is expected to be completed within the next two years.
