Abstract

This thesis deals with the area of the bus terminal around the Komensky square in Trebic. At the Komensky square, arose in the 1980s, during the reconstruction of the original buildings, a new area. A bus terminal was built, which from today's vantage point, is over sized and therefore a relocation to the existing train station is being considered. Komensky square doesn't function as a public square, but rather as a parking lot. The topic of this thesis is an urban recommendation of apartment construction in the area of the current bus terminal, to search for new uses of the existing building on the bus terminal property and the renewal of the Komensky place area.
