Abstract
The first aim of the thesis „Practice of Companies, Employees, Offer, Demand in
practice“ is to analyze the manpower of the employment market. The second aim is to
compare two practical examples with the theory. Also included is a description of the
personnel lists, which is not only concerned with employees but also with their
development. The personnel lists give us an analysis of the two practical examples. The
final section is an evaluation of unemployment in Czech Republic and a comparison of
the most and the least demanded manpower.
