Abstract

The work is recapped term national cultural monument and a summary of all available technical and legal regulations thatrelate to the issue in relation to the performance of asset management (Facility management) specific National cultural monuments Castle Czech Sternberk. The object of work is making a survey of activities and processes to manager National Historic Landmarks. The first part defines the terms related to the management of the national cultural monuments and issues related to the management of the object under the protective care of monuments. Bachelor thesis provides a legal framework and a posibility of drawing grant programs. Theoretical bases are applied to specific immovable monument, Castle Czech Sternberk.
